Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and Kiss4D ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the Kiss4D online gaming platform, accessible at https://kiss4d.cam, including all associated mobile interfaces, features, tools, promotional programmes, and services provided therein.
Kiss4D is an online casino and sports betting platform operating under an international gaming licence. The Platform provides real-money gaming services including, without limitation, live dealer casino games, slot machines, sports betting, 4D lottery, and arcade gaming.
By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any portion of the Kiss4D Platform, you expressly acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand their contents, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.
Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:
- "Account" means the individual user account registered on the Kiss4D Platform by a Player.
- "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified.
- "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, cashback amounts, or non-withdrawable promotional balances credited to a Player's Account pursuant to any active promotion.
- "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process Kiss4D conducts to confirm a Player's identity, age, and source of funds in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations.
- "Platform" means the Kiss4D website, mobile web application, and all associated gaming software, tools, and services accessible via https://kiss4d.cam.
- "Prohibited Conduct" means any action described in Section 8 of these Terms as being expressly prohibited.
- "Wagering Requirement" means a specified multiplier applied to Bonus Funds that determines the minimum total betting volume required before those funds, or winnings derived from them, become eligible for withdrawal.
- "Working Day" means any day other than a Saturday, Sunday, or Malaysian federal public holiday.
Account Eligibility
In order to register an Account and use the Kiss4D Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:
You must be at least 21 years of age. Kiss4D strictly prohibits the registration and use of accounts by persons under the age of 21. Age verification is conducted as part of the KYC process, and any account found to belong to a minor will be immediately closed with all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations. No exceptions will be made.
You must reside in a jurisdiction where accessing and using online gambling services does not constitute a breach of applicable local, national, or regional law. By registering, you represent and warrant that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. Kiss4D makes no warranty that access to the Platform is legal in any particular location.
You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You must not be acting on behalf of another person, corporation, or entity. Accounts may only be registered and used by natural persons.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one Kiss4D account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, address, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited and constitutes Prohibited Conduct under Section 8.
Account Registration & Security
When registering an Account on Kiss4D, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address (including city and postcode), email address, and contact number. You undertake to keep this information current and accurate at all times.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. Kiss4D will never ask you to disclose your password via any channel. Any activity conducted under your Account credentials is deemed to have been conducted by you unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to our support team.
Kiss4D reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a copy of your MyKad (Malaysian national identity card), passport, or utility bill. Withdrawal requests may be held pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Failure to provide adequate verification documents within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or closure.
You must notify Kiss4D immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. Kiss4D cannot be held liable for any losses arising from your failure to adequately secure your account credentials.
Deposits & Withdrawals
Kiss4D accepts deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank), and supported cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Tether USDT (TRC20). All payment methods are subject to minimum and maximum transaction limits which are published on the Platform and may be updated periodically.
The Platform's primary currency is Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). All account balances, bonuses, wagering requirements, and transaction limits are denominated in MYR. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of confirmation on the blockchain.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completed KYC verification. E-wallet and DuitNow withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals via FPX may take up to 1 Working Day. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed subject to blockchain confirmation times. Kiss4D reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing where fraud prevention checks or additional verification is required.
Kiss4D is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activity. We reserve the right to request documentary evidence of the source of funds deposited. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible. Kiss4D may report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable international regulations.
Bonuses & Promotions
Kiss4D offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback programmes, birthday bonuses, referral rewards, and free bets. All promotions are subject to the general terms set out below, as well as any specific terms attached to individual promotions and displayed at the time of the promotion.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the individual promotion's terms and conditions. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before satisfying the wagering requirement will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
Kiss4D reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus, free bet, or promotional credit where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, without limitation: creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus multiple times, using a bonus for the purpose of low-risk hedging, exploiting technical errors or glitches in the Platform, or any other conduct reasonably interpreted as circumventing the spirit of a promotional offer.
Kiss4D reserves the right to restrict the eligibility for any promotion to specific user segments, geographies, or account types. Players who have opted into the self-exclusion programme are not eligible to receive or participate in any promotional offers during the exclusion period.
Birthday bonuses (Bronze MYR 188 / Silver MYR 388 / Gold MYR 888 / VIP Elite MYR 2,688) are credited at Kiss4D's discretion. Players must have made at least one qualifying deposit in the 30 days preceding their birthday and must have reached the applicable VIP tier. Refer-a-Friend bonuses (currently MYR 38 per qualifying referral) are credited upon the referred player completing their first qualifying deposit. Kiss4D may modify these amounts at any time with notice.
Betting & Gaming Rules
All bets placed on the Kiss4D Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or sports market, as well as the general betting rules set out in this Section. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these general Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail in relation to that game or market.
A bet is not accepted until confirmed by the Platform and a bet receipt or confirmation number is issued. Kiss4D reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed on events where pricing errors have occurred or where the Platform has reasonable grounds to suspect irregular activity.
Sports betting markets including EPL, La Liga, Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other markets offered by Kiss4D are governed by the rules of the respective market. Mix Parlay bets require all selections to be correct for a return to be paid. In the event of a void selection within a Mix Parlay, standard void rules apply as specified in the individual market rules.
The outcomes of all casino games on the Platform, including slots, live dealer baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and sic bo, are generated by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software subject to independent audit. Kiss4D accepts no liability for any technical fault, game interruption, or communication error that occurs during a gaming session. In the event of a verified technical fault, the affected game round will be voided and the wagered amount returned.
Kiss4D reserves the right to apply maximum payout limits per event, per game session, or per day. Maximum payout limits applicable to specific markets or games will be displayed within the relevant game or market interface. Winnings in excess of applicable maximum limits will not be paid.
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Kiss4D Platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Conduct may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and, where warranted, reporting to relevant authorities:
- Registering more than one account, whether under the same or different names, addresses, devices, or payment methods.
- Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any other communication with Kiss4D.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to place bets, exploit game outcomes, or manipulate Platform systems.
- Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or mispriced odds in a systematic manner to generate guaranteed profit.
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
- Using the Platform to launder money, finance terrorist activity, or conduct any other illegal financial transaction.
- Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by law, using VPN, proxy, or other technical means to circumvent geographic restrictions.
- Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or systems.
- Engaging in chargebacks, fraudulent dispute claims, or any other payment reversal scheme targeting Kiss4D.
Intellectual Property
All content and materials available on the Kiss4D Platform — including but not limited to the platform design, interface layout, graphics, logos, icons, text, game software, promotional materials, and the "Kiss4D" brand name and mark — are the intellectual property of Kiss4D or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for the purpose of personal, non-commercial online gaming as permitted by these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, redistribute, modify, publish, transmit, adapt, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of Kiss4D.
Third-party game content, including games developed by third-party software providers, is licensed to Kiss4D for distribution and remains the intellectual property of the respective game provider. Game names, branding, and RTP figures quoted on the Platform are those provided by the respective game providers.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kiss4D shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity.
- Technical failures, interruptions, errors, or inaccuracies affecting the Platform or any third-party service integrated with the Platform.
- Actions taken by Kiss4D in good faith to detect and prevent fraud, money laundering, or Prohibited Conduct.
- Any decision to suspend or close an account in accordance with these Terms.
- Changes to promotional terms, VIP tier benefits, or maximum payout limits.
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, Kiss4D's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the lesser of (a) the total real-money deposits made by that player in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) MYR 5,000.
Responsible Gambling
Kiss4D is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. We offer the following player protection tools, accessible via Account Settings at any time:
- Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly limits on the total amount you may deposit into your Account.
- Loss Limits: Limits on the total net losses you may incur over a specified period.

- Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account restrictions of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days during which betting and deposits are suspended.

Amendments to Terms
Kiss4D reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will provide notice to registered players via the registered email address or a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of seven (7) calendar days' advance notice before the revised Terms take effect, except where immediate change is required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Kiss4D holds its gaming licence. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any transaction conducted through the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction of residence confer non-excludable rights.
Prior to initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact Kiss4D's customer support team in the first instance to attempt an informal resolution of the dispute. Kiss4D will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within 5 Working Days and to reach an amicable resolution within 30 calendar days.
In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game round or sports bet, Kiss4D's determination — based on server-side records and game logs — shall be final. Game round records are maintained for a period of 12 months from the date of the game session. Players may request a copy of relevant game log data within this period.
